Wonder 5A and 5B

Is there much difference in these categories? Will only be 2 adults in the cabin. What would the main differences be, location or something else?

Location is the only real difference. Take a look at the deck plans available here on the DIS Boards. Near the top of this page there is a red menu bar. Hover over "Ships" and select Deck Plans from the drop-down menu. On the next page be sure you are looking at the Wonder/Magic deck plans a bit further down the page.

5A rooms seem to be more midship whereas 5B rooms are either Aft or Front. Otherwise, the rooms are exactly the same.
