If your 11B is a sideways cat 11, you may not be able to see the TV from the bed with the curtain closed. The TV is on the other side of the door from the bed in the sideways cat 11s, so with the curtain closed there's no way to move the TV to the side with the bed.
I think in all other cabins this isn't a problem due to the layout of the room - the tv is close to the curtain so can be pulled out and put on either side when closed. If it's just 2 of you in the room and you won't need the curtain at night, it's not a problem, but if there's someone sleeping on the couch/bed, then you won't be able to watch TV.
I do want to say we've stayed in these cabins 3 times (10 nights on the Wonder in B2B cruises, and on a 14n EBTA on the Magic) and never had a problem with not being able to watch TV with the curtain closed - when the curtain was closed and DD was in bed, so were we! Too much stuff to keep us busy that we fell into bed each night! The layout of the rooms otherwise are *sooo* much better than the regular rooms that I'd prefer one over an oceanview for most itineraries.
HTH!
