Hello, yep I am a procrastinator, but we would love to do the FE...this is our first cruise and we are sooo excited. I sent a request to be added on the FB page as well. Thanks!!

Getting soooo excited! We just booked the Frozen Dessert Party for our last night at WDW before the cruise. Anyone else doing WDW before the cruise?

The first FE group is full, but Miss Chris is organizing the sign ups for the 2nd group! I think we have about 8 cabins participating now....we'd love more! =D Because you've only had a few posts, I don't think you can send her a private message on Disboards, but I'll message her just in case she doesn't see this.

Also, there is a Facebook group if you use Fb. Just search our ship and cruise date to find it. Again, welcome!

So, its getting to be pretty close to cruise time! So heres our FE update.

And everyone owes me some info for our list. The main piece of info I'm missing is Room numbers.

Danelle, has been really helpful (Thanks Danelle!) and suggested we use a spread sheet to gather our info, so I made a sheet in google sheets but I'm having trouble posting it as an editable document, so if anyone has any insight let me know. If it doesn't work it isn't a big deal, the list isn't so very long

So, I know many of our group members don't have enough posts to make PM's, but I think you can still receive and respond to PM's. I've sent several PM's already so double check your user CP and see if there's a message there from me. I included an email address in those PM's so you can give me your info there. You can also PM me on FB from the group that ArgomAnia made.

Remember to include your real name, your room number, the names, ages, and genders of any children in your party.

I'll be posting to FB as well and I'll get the final list out next week so we can all get our goodies together.

Sorry I've been out of touch for a few days. We're homeschoolers and the beginning of the academic year is a hectic time for us. Things are settling down a bit and we're ready to get organized and get crafting!

I'm going to contact Ania on FB today so I can be added to that group as well and better keep track of everyone who is interested. I do want to do our primary organization of the FE group here on the Disboards because I think it's more open and easily accessible. So while I'll be on the FB group as well please be sure to check back here for updates as we continue along.

One detail I forgot to add in my original request for information:

In addition to:

Number in party
ages and genders of any children

Please also include an email address where I can send you the completed list of participants once we're ready to send that out.

Just a reminder, we plan to close the list on October 15, to give everyone time to compile their gifts before sailing, so if you are considering joining please be sure to sign up before that date.

We had such a good time with the FE last time we cruised, it was such fun to find little treats waiting for us when we got back to our cabin, the kids loved it and it made us feel like we had friends on board. If you're on the fence about it I encourage you to give it a try. The gifts don't need to be elaborate or expensive, although many of our fellow cruisers were amazingly creative and crafty last time.

So, we just got our travel documents and luggage tags yesterday and it had the MerryTime cover on it. When I booked I didn't remember seeing that this is a Holiday Cruise, and I am thrilled if it is, can anyone confirm?

Welcome! =) We haven't been to Key West, but have done Nassau before. We didn't book an excursion but have heard from everyone and their mom that Alantis is amazing, but also amazingly expensive LOL. We did get off the ship when we were there and wandered through the market and around the area by foot. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it, however it was fun to take pictures in front of the ship (you can also do this at Castaway Cay) and it was interesting to see the market (I have to say I did not feel unsafe but I would NOT let my teenage daughter out of my sight - as if she were a toddler again, and I'm not usually a crazy protective mom lol).

Castaway Cay, we got the bike/snorkel/floaties package last time and really enjoyed it. Will definitely plan on that again!

I'll be watching to see if anyone else posts about Key West or Nassau...but as of right now we are planning on staying on the ship in Nassau and enjoying another day of Disney hospitality. =)

I love Key West. We have driven down to the Keys before. I would walk off the boat and buy a ticket on one of the tourist trolleys. Get a feel for the town then walk up and down Duval Street. Neat place!!

Are you bringing anything more dressy? I had read there are Holiday activities, but couldn't see anything that said exactly what that was? Do I need to pack the santa hats?
