Won trip to WDW from McDonalds!-Update pg 4

I dont know which kind of hotel yet and its KILLING me! Its a trip for 4,5days/4nights,quad occupancy at hotel of WDW choice,4day hoppers,airfare and transfers, ARV $4210........no food and we have to pay the taxes on the airlines portion(911 fees,etc)So I dont know where we are staying till WDW fullfillment specialist calls me next week! I cant wait to start planning!

I won a trip like yours through a radio contest (5 days 4 nights for four with airfare). We received a packet from WDW with a form to fill out and were able to put a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of accomodations and dates. Our first choice was the YC and that's what we got!! When we checked in, we received park hoppers and waterpark tickets for four people (we only had 2 people as DS was 2 at the time). We were able to extend our stay at the ASMU (I used a code I found online) and use the extra hoppers. It was a great vacation and our first to WDW and have been hooked ever since

If I could pick ANYWHERE it would be the Poly-seems very pretty from the pics-moderate would probably POFq from the pics and value-POP. I am a little worried as I saw that when I want to go is something called Pop Warner week, is there really that many little ones at once at the values?People made it sound like the invasion of the locusts or something........
this is our first trip to WDW-so we are very excited.

As far as the taxes goes, you take the arv ( or fmv if you can back it up) and add it to what you made and figure it from there--say you made 50,000 a year, add the 4200 and figure your tax rate from there-basically I will be paying taxes on 54,210 instead of the 50,000 I made.

Pop Warner week in Dec can be quite busy, esp if you are at an All Star or Pop, also some of the mods.
It is a youth football and cheerleading organization and it is their competition/Super Bowl. LOTS of kids running around!!!!! This is why those AllStars and some Mods get booked during that week.

You will probably be able to pick anywhere, so I would stick to the deluxes first.

My friend also won a trip like this and got to pick. They picked YC and stayed there. They also extended their trip for 4 days and switched hotels when they paid on their own. Have a wonderful time!

I got the potential winner letter on dec 21 & just today I got the Official letter in the mail & a call from the McDonalds Redemption Center! We have chosen to go to Disneyland since we've never been & because we live in florida & get to go to Disney World often.

My daughter won a trip too to WDW and we redemned it last year --- this week to be exact.

She won it from Boscov's dept store here in the Philly area. 5 day, 4 nights, breakfast, $400 disney dollars, airline tickets for four people. We then extended the trip to five more nights for a total of 10 days.

They put us up in the POLYNESIAN!!!!!!!!!!!

Its official, got my paperwork today, we won a 5 day/4night trip for four to WDW from McDonalds happiest celebration on earth contest(the pulltabs from the salads)! They had me worried as they kept telling me I was a "potential" winner and finally after 2 months its official! Now its time to plan!

There were 300 winners in this--hopefully there are others who won too!
