Won my first item off of Ebay!!

I just won a Gwen Stefani purse. I didn't need it and don't know what possessed me but now I am soon to be the proud owner of yet another LAMB purse.

What items have any of you bought on Ebay that you really didn't need but just had to had?

most of the stuff I buy on Ebay I NEED! LOL - really I haven't regretted much of anything. Yesterday I received an electric guitar for my daughters birthday. I saved over $60. so I'm really happy.

I guess the only thing I've bought that I really didn't need was a vintage spirograph game.

Congrats. I like RL estate auctions, and enjoy eBay.

I don't think I've NEEDED anything that I've bought off eBay, unless you count some hard-to-find items for Christmas presents.

Currently, I've mainly kept my bidding to WDW 15th anniversary/birthday memorabilia to incorporate into a semi-"surprise" 15th anniversary/36th B-day vacation to Disney World for my spouse. I've wondered at times if I've won anything from any DISers.

Be careful Gwene65. It can be addictive. I've got a room full of quilting material to prove it!! Congrats on your first purchase. I buy different things from e-bay. If I need something I take a look and see what it is selling for on e-bay. If the price is right, I bid. I haven't had any bad experiences.

Nothing for me but LOTS for Michael.... He drives me crazy with the crazy stuff he wants but he always "pays" for it by giving me something to sell! Last week he sold two of his DVDs for one VHS tape! Good trade!

Lots of Dooney and Bourke, Brighton, purses, belts, shoes... I bought a fake (they said it was authentic) Coach backpack, it wasn't authentic, and they returned my money..felt very lucky about that so now I ask a lot of questions and stick with items that can be verified by a serial numbered tag. Lately I am buying Disney CM nametags-found one with DH's name on it, looking for mine and DS's. Do you think it is OK to wear these on my lanyard, or will Disney try to confiscate them.. This is the first time I ever really thought about that????


DH has bought among other small things: Concert tickets, several rare guitars, a mint condition '59 Cadillac with 20 mi on the engine, and a '94 ( I think) ZR1 Corvette.

Beware of brand new designer handbags...
