1) If I book through Disney or perhaps AAA with a MYW package, can I pay for hoppers that are longer than my stay on property? I would want 6 day hoppers, but they would start while we are still at Nick. How would that work? Where would we get our tix since we are not checking in until 2 days after we would need the hoppers?

You can get ticket for as much as 10 days, no matter where you stay or what package you get. You could pick up your tickets at any theme park ticket booth or Guest Relations.

2) ADRs - we have friends that are going too, but since they did not win the trip they are staying on property the whole week. Can they make ADRs for all 6 of us, even though three of us won't be on property yet?

Yes, they can make ADRs for all of you. That's not a problem.
