Our 3rd day at the parks and we've won 2 dreams so far. Nothing big but special all the same.
The first one was at Olivia's on Monday night. DS was coloring and started talking to the manager (I swear that child will talk to anyone). Anyway he turned on the charm , had her coloring with him. A few minutes later she came back and asked us his name and how to spell it and told him when he was finished coloring to call her and she would walk him up to the front and help him hang up his picture. So he does when he finishes. Next thing we know, she's walking back with him, another CM and DS got to ring the bell and he was named Artist of the Day, his pictures got placed in a frame on the podeum. He was very proud of himself.
The next dream happened today. We were at MK, waiting for the parade and I went to get DS some popcorn. I asked the guy what size popcorn was a DDP snack. He told me and I told him that I wanted to buy a bucket(DS loves the buckets). He tells me he has something for me, and then says that they are giving away free bucket's of popcorn randomly and I happened to be there at the right time.
Other then that there have been some magical moments. DS has been able to eat like normal kid, the chefs have been so attentive and have been feeding him so well. Today he was even made a Mickey Pancake with sprinkles at 1900 Park Fare, last night it was fried chicken tenders (milk free and egg free) at 50's Prime Time Cafe. Today at Epcot at CM went out of her way to find Chase the Minnie Mouse in the blue dress.
Also DS has been getting into Pin Trading. He's been looking on Every CM's pins, every place the sell pins for a Monorail Pin, he finally found one tonight. One of the CM's in our hotel gift shop had one. DS was so happy and excited over finding this pin.
I think it's the little moments like the ones mentioned above that will mean more and last longer then the free popcorn
