Woman Who Had Man in Her Windshield

Does anyone know what sentence the woman got who hit the man with her car and he ended up stuck in her windshield and she let him die there? I just cannot imagine not calling 911 immediately and I hope she got the maximum sentencing, but hadn't heard so just wondered if anyone here knows. Thanks.

Actually, 60 years . . .

50 for murder. 10 for tampering with evidence.

True, 60 but the sentences are served concurrently.

I was hoping she'd get the maximum penalty. Thanks, Dan, for providing the link so I could read more about it. I see she could have gotten anywhere from 5 - 99 years. I wish she would have gotten the 99 years. And her 50/10 year sentences should be running consecutively rather than concurrently.

well, I guess 911 kinda slips your mind when you're drunk, high and on X. I just can't believe it took this long for her to recieve her punishment...this happened over a year ago. And you would think with her being a nurse she might have tried to help him.

Her one mistake (not so little, but a mistake non the less), was hitting the man. After that, she made no mistakes, everything she did had a purpose.

I wish she had gotten the maximum too. Hopefully she'll never see the world outside the prison walls again.
