Wolfgang Puck's Cafe after Cirque?

Called to book Wolfgang Puck's Cafe for dinner after Cirque....CM asked if we wanted upstairs "formal" dining or downstairs. I asked what was covered under MYW dining and she said downstairs. My DD remembers last year that downstairs had a "sandwich express" thing. CM said downstairs was a "table service" under MYW, however, the web lists the cafe as "payment of a surcharge is required for certain entrees". WDW shows WP Cafe as table service. Are there 3 separate sections of this restaurant? We don't want to waste a table service meal on pre-made sandwiches. What's the scoop on this place?

Yes, there are three separate sections to this restaurant and we love to go to the Cafe (downstairs table service) after Cirque. Is also great for lunch! We find we usually have to wait a while to get in here, but the food is certainly worth it, in our opinion. I think what your DD referred to is the walk up window for the restaurant. We've never gotten food from there, nor have we eaten at the fancier establishment upstairs, although I've heard the food is very good. Hope this helps some.
