Wolfgang Pucks and California 4 Course Tour

Is this included on the dining plan? Does it have an upcharge? I assume if you get it, you dont get a separate dessert.

We ate at Wolfgang Puck Cafe' this past June. The downstairs is reasonably priced and they accept the DDP as a sit down meal. We have also eaten at the Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD which was counter service meal as well.
