WP Cafe Express - This is at the Cafe, which is where the dining room, the downstairs cafe, and the sushi bar are. I believe the food is similar to the WPE, but can't confirm that b/c i have never ordered from here. This would be counter service type. Prices are probably reasonable if they are like WPE.

WP Express - My favorite quick service - this is in DTD and is a semi counter service restaurant. You will order at a counter and get a number for your table. However, a server will bring your food to you and will refill your drinks. The food is really good - love the pizzas, quesadillas, and the nicois salad. i think the prices are fair, especially for the quality.

WP Grand Cafe - This is a somewhat pricey sitdown location. We have had hit or miss service, hit or miss meals, and have settled on passing on returning to here at this point. Some of their menu items were good and generally speaking we enjoyed dinner and thought lunch was mediocre or worse. I think it is a little expensive for what it is.

WP Grand Cafe - Sushi Bar - Located at the Grand Cafe, this is decent sushi and can be brought to your table if you start eating here while waiting for a table to be free for you at the cafe. I thought it was pretty good, but we haven't had sushi here in four years so i don't know how the current standards hold up.

WP Grand Cafe - Upstairs - The finest dining of the WP Disney empire, and also the most expensive. I haven't eaten here yet so I cannot give you a good review, but I do know it is expensive and I have read good reviews on it.

Overall, I think Wolfgang is pretty well represented at Disney, and our choice would be WPE in downtown.

Thank you, that was very helpful. :)

I know that the Wolfgang Puck's "expresses" count as a CS meal on the dining plan, and the Wolfgang Puck's Cafe (the downstairs one) is one TS credit. The one "upstairs" is the fancier one and not on the dining plan. Don't know about the sushi bar.

We ate at Wolfgang Puck's Cafe (TS), and the food was nice. It was a hopping atmosphere at 9ish on a Saturday night. We had DD with us, but it seemed like more of an adult atmosphere.

My mom took me to WP upstairs a couple years ago for my 40-something B-day:lovestruc before we went to Cirque.I had not really been into the Puck craze from his TV stuff.I am now a big fan of his food.

Food is impecccable.Service was great. As with all truly fine dining be prepared for unusual menu items or items used in imaginative ways.Check the menus.

We love WP Cafe (downstairs)! The pumpkin ravioli is fantastic! :goodvibes

You are welcome. are you considering any of these for an upcoming trip?
Yes, I was trying to figure out a place to go for dinner the first day we get to WDW. We'll be driving up after DS gets out of school (on a Friday) and won't be going to a park until the next day. I was looking for a place that has good food, but is easy to get into and isn't too expensive.

ETA: We won't be on a dining plan.

We've eaten at all of them. All have decent food. We were not overly impressed with upstairs. For fine dining, we felt it was lacking as it was pretty noisy (food was decent). The cafe is good and a nice place for a family sit down meal. The sushi is very good. WPE is excellent for counter service.

I think that WP Express is a great value for a CS credit. I ate there a few years ago and was very happy with the quality of food for a CS credit.

We went to Express for breakfast and dinner about two weeks ago using CS credits - one of our favorites (real coffee for breakfast and very good creme brulee and iced tea with dinner).
