Tell me about Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney....

On the dining plan is it counter service?

Has anyone eaten there on the dining plan, what did you get?

Thinking of sharing a meal here and at Earl of Sandwich on our Downtown Disney day with a stop at Ghiradelli for ice cream......oooooh, I am salivating.

Can't comment on the dining plan questions - but I have eaten at WP express many times. Excellent quality counter service food. I've had several different pizza's (which seemed exactly the same as the one's I'd had inside the full service restaurant). I've had good sandwiches and chicken dinners (think of something like Boston Market - a half chicken on the bone with sides). IMO, a top tier fast-food place.

We ate there a few weeks ago. We got a margherita pizza, a kids pizza and a kids chicken strips with fries. They were all good. For dessert we got prepackaged HUGE cookies and a brownie. This worked out great because we put them in the backpack and went to Ghirardelli's for ice cream. I was surprised when I tried to get a bottle of water for one of the beverages and the guy said I couldn't do that on the dining plan. I had to get a fountain drink. No biggie, but we were able to get bottles of water as the beverage with all of our other CS meals.
