Is Wolfgang Puck Express considered counter service? On our trip there in October we will be short one dinner but will have counter service left. I was thinking we could eat there our last night if it is considered counter service. :confused3

Yes it is! We ate there twice on our last trip in December, it was great!!

Amazingly it is! Very good too. I LOVE the BBq chicken quesidilla but I think I may try a pizza this time, I hear they are really good. Also I had the tiramasu last time and it was very good too.

Glad to hear that the food here is good. This is the place we are thinking of eating at on our arrival day.

We always eat at Wolfgang Puck Express. Food is wonderful there. I love the Rosemary chicken and garlic mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes are the best I ever had.

Sounds great to me. This is what we will do. I still find it hard to believe that it is counter service. :cheer2:

Just keep in mind that if you are on the dining plan, you are limited to what you cna order from their menu. When I was there in Dec 05, we could have a salad, pizza or sandwich for our entree (no pastas or signature/special dishes), no side item, dessert was the cookie or brownie only (or you could substitute a side salad for the dessert), and beverage couldn't be anything in the bottle (juices, Pellegrino, etc).

The brownie was gross IMO, so unless you really want the big cookie, get the caesar side salad instead (it was very good!). Also, if you eat there, they will refill your drinks for free, and they served my food on real plates rather than paper! I had the 4 cheese pizza (yummy!), brownie (ate that the next day, well, part of it) and some kind of drink (don't remember what). I also paid the $1.95 extra for the caesar side salad. I was stuffed! Sis had the margherita pizza, which was yummy, too!

Just wanted to clarify that there is the Express (where counter service is allowed) , the CAFE, which is quite good, a great place to use a TS (the filet was $36 I think) and the upstairs which doesn't take the DDP.

Went there and had a great lunch. THe only thing you cant get for an entree is the ravoli and i belive it is meatloaf. They are the 10.95 entrees. Other than that everything is up for grabs.
