Wolfgang Puck Cafe?

Can someone explain to me the difference btw. the Cafe and the Restaurant? The Cafe looks more affordable. Is it any good? Thanks!

The restuarant upstairs is upscale and more expensive. We've eatten many times at Wolfgang Puck Cafe and always loved the food. Always fresh, hot and delicious!!! Never have had the urge to go upstairs when the food in the cafe is so good. When we were in there in June, the waitresses were coming around to all the tables and offering free samples of some of their martinis and specialty drinks - just a little plus for us...
