Wolfgang Puck Cafe - TS DP question

We have booked Wolfgang Puck Cafe for supper with our dining plan. We have a combination of steak and sushi lovers - SO excited!

How does the sushi work at this restaurant on the dining plan? There seem to be a lot of options and I can't find the answer. I want a lot of sushi (teeheehee we don't have any sushi restaurants within a 6 hour drive of where we live in the boonies!) and plan on having my family roll me onto the boat to get back to POFQ.
