This has me SO confused!

On the DDxP which menu can you order from? Can someone post the link? What does "first floor only" mean?

There are two WP TS restaurants at that location, the Cafe is downstairs, the Dining Room is upstairs and is more upscale. Only the Cafe participates in the regular dining plans, basic or deluxe. Neither plan is accepted in the Dining Room upstairs.

I think they are different. But I'm not sure. I can tell you I have been to the Cafe (downstairs) and it was one of the best meals of my trip. DH and our neighbors who joined us agreed - we all loved it.

They are different menus. Downstairs is EXCELLENT... probably the best meal we've ever had at disney ... signature or otherwise. (This is not a signature restaurant though.) Service was fantastic and so was the food. Upstairs is much "fancier." I think of this somewhere between a signature and V&A as far as food goes. I'd definitely recommend downstairs if you are on the dining plan.
