From my experience, anywhere that has the MB reader will also take a Disney GC. We even used our Disney GCs to pay for things at Sephora, UnderArmour and Curl, though I don't remember if we charged to the room or used a GC at the location itself (we did a little of both).

Yes, WPE will allow you to charge back to the room. If you are staying onsite, I find that option much easier than carrying GC's around with me. We just charge to MB's and then stop by the front desk every few days to have them load a few GC's to our room to cover those charges. And like the PP, we have used Disney GC's at many places in Disney Springs; not just eating places.
