Is this located at Downtown Disney West Side? If so, are there multiple stops on the DTD bus from the resorts?
How is the food?

Yes The Cafe is located on the West Side behind the Virgin Mega Store. There are 2 bus stops for DTD, one is on the Marketplace side and one is on the West Side. If you get off at the stop on the west side you will just need to walk past the AMC theater and you will be there (the bus will drop you off in front of Pleasure Island by Planet Hollywood).

As far as the food, we enjoy Wolfgang Pucks. Never been disappointed, not even in the express. They have great options for everyone
