WOC question concerning dining and the different shows

So, for this Winter, they'll be doing the Holiday show/Frozen show at 9 and the Celebrate show around 10, yes? With this in mind, should we bother trying to do the WOC dining package if we have more interest in the second show than the first? We were wanting to do lunch at Carthay, but that would almost guarantee the FP for it would be the first show, right? We could do dinner, but we're already doing the BB/F! dinner package, so spending $60 twice really isn't frugal for us. Opinions/suggestions??? Thanks!!!
