WOC fastpass

Hi everyone,

We are planning our first trip to disneyland for May and love all the advice as I stalk the boards. I tried to find something before posting but might have missed it. We were thinking of adding a day to our hoppers since we should be at hotel by early afternoon on May 12th. I thought it might be nice on our first evening to hit a few shows and watch WOC.

So, my question is do they have usually have fast passes available for WOC around 3pm? That is probably the earliest we can make it to the park.

I understand no one can guarantee but just hoping to get your experiences on if I even have a shot. Thank you!

Everything I've read says they're gone earlier someone replied to my similar post with 12 or 1 maybe - I don't have experience with it myself. I wonder too if varies widely depending on park attendance. I was asking about a day expected to be 4/10 a Tuesday too. No other shows that night at either park.

If you want to guarantee a FP you could do WOC dining.

I've seen passes available later in the day, but definitely not guarantee. I recently read though that right in front of Mermaid is actually a really good place to see the show. No ticket needed, just don't stand in the walk way. There are also a few other walk up places to see the show.
