WOC Dining in Feb

I'm planning to make a WOC dining res at Wine Country Trattoria in February, but noticed the entire month of February is as-yet unavailable. I've done WOC dining in the past and don't remember having to wait for the month to open - does anyone know what the deal is, or at what point the next month might open up?

Entertainment schedule is only open through Jan 22 as of today. I do not think the release the dining packages until they release the entertainment schedule.

Hmm, alright. WOC dining is available through January 31st, but I'll keep my eyes on the schedule
