Wlamart codes for Tinkerbell keepsake box?

We bought the Tinkerbell Gift set from Walmart and ordered the other two movies Sleeping Beauty and Areils Begining from Disney. I had no idea if I would have bought the gift sets at Walmart, I could send off for a Tinkerbell keepsake box, does anyone have any extra codes? They come on a leaflet glued to the back of the box. Thanks! I hope someone can help me.
