WL walkway?

I read somewhere that there is a walkway from WL to the Contemporary. Can anywone confirm or deny that? If such a walkway exists I thought it might be a good way to get to the monorail.

No walkway from WL to CR, there is a boat between the two.

There is a walkway from WL to FW

The boat is very quick from Contemp to WL, and it is a great way to access the monorail.

If there is a pathway from CR to WL then it involves either a bridge or a tunnel and as far as I know neither exists. There is a wide waterway between the two resorts. There is a boat that runs continously from CR, WL and FW and it takes all of about 3-4 minutes from WL to CR.

You are correct though with respect to the getting to the monorail, as we have done it many times while staying at WL. Hop on the boat and within 10 minutes you can be at the monorail station and off to Epcot or MK.

A bus directly from WL to the Magic Kingdom will be faster than trying to go to the Contemporary first. There is a boat to the Contemporary, if that is your final destination.

And there is a walkway to Fort Wilderness.

Yes, just meant for the monorail itself. The boats to and from the contemp are very frequent as it is a very short round trip.

1) Only if you can walk on water.
2) Then it is a pleasant little stroll.
