WL/VWL transportation Qns?

So we're going to be staying at VWL for the first time in January, and I have questions about which modes of transport are available and to where.

1) what can you walk to when staying at WL? From the aerial photos, it looks like you might be able to walk to the Contemporary from there, or maybe even to MK. If so, how long a walk is it?

2) where do the boats take you? Do they only go to MK, or do they also go to TTC or Comtemporary?

3) am I correct in assuming that everything else is a bus ride from WL? How about Epcot?

You can only walk to FW and back. There are no sidewalks between WL and CR or TTC. Believe it or not, it would be a lengthly walk anyway.

There are two boats that run from WL. One route goes MK - WL - FW and the other goes WL - FW - CR. There is no boat that goes to the TTC, though there is a direct bus to the TTC from WL.

3) am I correct in assuming that everything else is a bus ride from WL? How about Epcot?

All parks, with the exception of MK (boat only there) are bus transporation.
