We also ended up getting concierge for $30/night.
It was for the entire family, not per person.
We had a concierge room booked for $385 per night-at check in we said that we could not stay on the 7th floor (too high for me and our kids) so they put us in a courtyard room for $280 and then added the concierge service for $30/night. (the CM at the front desk actually said "we are going to save you some money"-we didn't expect that.
It was great. We are a family of four and we ate and drank well beyond $30 worth of things each day (not that we are pigs, but they offered so much) It actually saved us money-we ate breakfast, snacks, and pretty much a full dinner every day-it would have cost way more than $30 in any of the restaurants for all of that.
Try for an upgrade-if you aren't given one at check in ask if you can pay for an upgrade to concierge-most likely it will only be about $30/night.
I don't know why it is cheaper to upgrade to concierge than if you book it directly-I have yet to figure that out.
Have fun
