WL to EPCOT/MGM and Back-how difficult?

Thinking of staying at WL Dec 6-9 so transportation is of essence for such a short trip. Has anyone done this and how difficult is it to go to/from Epcot and MGM and Boardwalk (have to get my bucket of hot wings at ESPN!) LOL!
