We have a courtyard view room in March.

My daughter has a.d.d. and is very noise sensitive (yet she makes plenty of noise herself). We want a non-smoking room with bunk beds, but it can't be too noisy - so not directly over a pool, noisy lobby exit, by an elevator, or anyplace too noisy. She is fine about white noise (she goes to sleep with a wave machine at home at night), but people created noise is a problem.

What would you WL experts suggest for a room request? My kids really want the bunkbeds.

IMO, this is going to be tough.

We stayed in a courtyard view room a few years ago. We had a concierge room booked but I did not want to be on the 7th floor. We were put in a courtyard room on the 2nd floor.

I wish we would have stayed on 7. I could hear people going to the bathroom, toilets flushing, etc.

Will this bother your child? Have you thought about booking a concierge room? The 7th floor is very quiet.

We can't afford the concierge. I think there is a certain amount of noise that will be out of our control. I just want to do what I can to keep it to a minimum.

You can always ask for a concierge upgrade at check in. You never know.

There are things you can do to minimize noise.

You could ask for a room away from elevators or stairwells.

You could ask for a room on the 6th floor. Some of the 6th floor rooms don't have rooms above them because the 7th floor stops half way out. FYI, the north wing, 6th floor is smoking.

Good luck and have a good trip.

I know the perfect location for you! Request the sixth floor, villas view. It's a very quiet area. We were on the 6th floor, main pool view, and you could hear pool noise till about 1AM. But, the hallway was a dead end, and there aren't many rooms there, so the villa side (this is courtyard view) would be very quiet. :)

You could also try for one of the rooms at the end of the hallway on the North Wing that face the lake.
