WL or CB

Wilderness Lodge is $900.00 more than moderates such as cm and CSR. Is it worth the extra $$. Poly etc are another $1000.00 at least and I can't justify the extra cost. We're going Nov24-Dec3 When should I book???

We were originally planning on going to CSR, and we were pretty much set on it. Then I started working the numbers, and for our 7 night stay (Oct 2-9), it was only going to be $600 more, I believe. We also looked at BC, but like POLY, it was a ton more money for the stay. For us, we decided it would be worth it to upgrade from a moderate to WL. Bigger beds, better location, etc, etc. CSR still seems like a really nice place, but the bigger beds, and not having to worry about conventions sealed the deal for us.

We already booked, and will apply any codes or discounts if they become available. If not, then we will just be using our AAA discount.

I didn't like the CBR at all, too large!!

The WL was much better......but neither compare to the Contemporary!!

The WL lodge will be beautiful during your stay. The Christmas decorations are outstanding (its beautiful all year round,too). I noticed your dates, if you book for Nov 27 you would be in value season and your rates would be quite a bit less, especially if you are paying rack rates. Just thought you might be able to save a little $.

Thanks everyone, I agree I love the WL I think, just wondered if you thought it was worth the extra $. Do you recommend I call Disney and book now? Then call them back if I notice a discount code? I can't find a travel agebt in Canada that isn't stupid! They all tell me if I book now I am locked into the price. I think booking thry Disney may be better!

thanks I thought of that too (value season starts Nov 27). Do you think I need to make 2 reservations or will Disney adjust?
