WL Internet Survey

Been back from the WL for three weeks and I received a post card in the mail from the WL. It asked us to log on to a website and take a survey about our stay at the WL. It was a pretty indepth survey that asked questions about all aspects of our stay...such as food...transportation...room...recreation...etc. It gave the opportunity to type in why you gave certain question a particular answer. It was a real good survey and after I was done with it I felt like I was really able to give my opinion about the WL.

Anyone else ever get a post card like this?
 
I received several of them last year - after the 4th one, I didn't fill out anymore. It takes a little while to do it and I just didn't feel like doing them anymore.

I feel like they can give me one in the room before I check out and that would take care if it then right there.
 
I filled one out after our stay this summer too, it did take awhile, I filled it out in hopes they would email me a code, no luck so far, still hoping, would LOVE to return to WL.

Just finished one for the CR today. In all our stays this is the first survey postcard we've received. Not to mention I haven't received a code postcard in over a year :( Guess they figure if we're passholders we don't need a code! ;)
 

I got one too, after our stay in October. I gave the place excellent reviews in nearly all aspects, the only complaints were that the boat service in the evenings was extremely slow, and they didn't sell dental floss in the Merchantile. (I always forget to pack one thing!)
 
we got one from the WL after last years stay
i also got one for my upcoming stay at the pop in dec
it was about rooms and discounts reservations stuff like that
 
I was just wondering if everyone got a postcard after their stay, or if it is only a select few as it states on the card.

I gave the resort high marks. My only comlaints were

1. Roaring Forks being a bit small and the line at the cashiers getting out of hand in the morning. (Hoefully the upcoming renovations will fix these problems.

2. Not enough chairs around the main pool.

3. Bus service taking a long time to DTD and the water parks.
