WL Flag family question

Does anyone know if you can call ahead prior to your vacation to sign up to be a flag family?

one family per day gets to go up on top of the WL roof and help raise the flags
We did this Oct 01 w/Ranger Stan and it was lots of fun
got to see the MK castle, AK tree of life, MGM tower and EPCot ball
