WL Family, so long for a little while.

Roy, I know you're going to be back doing the daily weather report soon! God Bless You Buddy! :bounce:

Dear Roy

I hope you are feeling better today. We are all thinking of you and praying for a speedy recovery. We miss you!!!

Pixie dust coming your way my friend.:wave2: ::yes::

I'm afraid we have another update...this one not so good....turn up the prayers please.

What a difference a day makes - Sat. 2/21 @ 6:50 am I was called and told
Dad had had a massive heart attack. By time I arrive he was in a 2nd heart
attack that had lasted over 1 1/2 hours. He had angioplasty and a stent put
in and is in extreme critical condition., but stable. He is back on the
ventilator and started having renal (kidney) failure tonight.

His doctors tell us the next 24 hours will tell the tale and we will keep
you all informed as we are able.

Keep that Pixie Dust coming!

Roy's daughter - DiAnne

Prayers and pixie dust to you all. I'm sorry you all are going through this.

I sure did miss Roy's heading into the hospital for his surgery there, but appreciate the updates here, albeit concerning as they are now. My best and prayers, Roy, for a recovery from both the surgery and this setback, temporary it is.

Dan

May God bless you Roy. You are in my thoughts. Stay strong, we all need you!!!

Sending tons of Pixie Dust your way!!

Prayers and Pixie dust, and Angel glow for Roy and his family........

Recieved this from Roy's daughter:

Dear All:
Roy is still in critical and guarded condition - but he is stable and has
not worsened any in the last 24 hours - a good sign. Our newest wrinkle is
renal failure - but it while not better - it isn't any worse so no dialysis
yet.

He is resting comfortable and was brought out of the meds enough today to
open his eyes shortly - a very welcome sight to us. His cardiologist said
he has made it far enough from Saturday we can hope for 'a full recovery'
barring any further complications.

Thanks for your continued prayers and wishes. I am saving all posts for him
to read when he is able.

Sincerely,

DiAnne

Let's all keep the prayers coming for Roy

Dear Corky:

Sorry for the delay.

There is little change over the weekend other than he began dialysis
yesterday as his ciraton level continues to rise (7.5). He is off the
ventilator but his breathing remains guarded, of course.

We were hoping for more progress on Sat/Sun so that he could have been
moved from CCU today, but that is not going to happen.

But we remain positive (and tired).

Please keep him in your daily prayers as you have been and we hope that
we will have good news to send you soon.

Thank you and Have a Good Day - Debra
