WL E-mail Address?

It's down to 7 days before we are experiencing the World again and we cannot wait! I've been 26 times before but never at the Christmas holiday so this trip is going to be extra special for all of us.

Anyway, does anyone know of an e-mail address for the WL? Or, if there is a better way, please let me know how I can just "remind" them of our requests that were made at time of the booking.

There are no public e-mail addresses for the resorts. If you check on the www.allearsnet.com site, they have the phone numbers listed. You can try to call them directly 3 or 4 days prior to your arrival. Any sooner and they won't have your reservation downloaded into their system yet. Most calls are now handled by a central call answering service, so you may need to be sure that they transfer you to the resort and not just general customer service. Some people recommend sending a fax reminder, however it's been reported that the WL does not reveiw any fax requests.

Good luck. Hopefully it will be quiet at check-in and you'll arrive early enough to get your requests. I'm sure being there during the holiday's though, even if they can't meet them all, you're going to have a wonderful time. The WL is absolutely beautiful all decorated.

Your best bet of getting your requests met (and remember they are just requests) is to let CRO know when you booked your reservation. If you did not do that, I would suggest calling now and getting your requests in asap. I have not heard of anyone e-mailing their requests, except for the concierge levels, some resorts will accept a faxed in request at 4 days prior to your arrival dated.. that said according to the information on Deb Wills site, as of 2003 the Wilderness Lodge no longer excepts faxed in requests due to the overwhelming amount of requests.
