Do they have bottled water that you can take with you to your room or to the parks?

They do but you need to ask for them. In the refreshment area there are large glass bottles of water but no individual ones. The concierge staff is really nice and often came through during breakfast to ask if anyone needed water for the parks. If they don't just ask and someone will gladly get you all you want.
