WL Concierge Regulars: Help!

DH and I booked a h'moon room at WL for our December See the Decorations Trip. We're excited about staying concierge! Fancy shmancy!

We have some questions about some perks available to concierge guests. Can anyone give me the e-mail/number to their IPO office? I've read elsewhere that they should've contacted me after we made our ressie but it's been over a month and I haven't heard anything! Thanks!

If you didnt book thru a TA someone should have emailed you by now.
I would email them ASAP. If you dont check in til December they might not contavt you til around the 180 mark but I have hearf from IPOS right after my reservations and then not again til the 190 mark because its 180 + 10 for wdw guests for dining reservations.

Poly concierge emailed us about 3 months before our arrival date.

Thanks Cara! I saw your posts on my other thread about the safari! I appreciate your expertise! We've never had the opportunity to be treated this well before at a hotel. DH and I are going to INDULGE!!! THANKS!
