At WL for the Club Level, do we check in on the first floor? Or do we go to an upper floor for the checkin? If we stay at the main desk, is there a line for Club level?

Thanks Dis forum friends for your replies. :thumbsup2

When we have stayed Club Level at the WL, right when we pull up to the gate (entrance with the guard..can't think of exactly what it is called) the guard has given us the parking pass and if I remember correctly(I was pregnant at the time and I think half my brain cells were lost!!) it was a different color than the regular parking passes. Anyways, when we pulled up to the bellmen, they knew that we were Club Level by the color of the pass and unloaded our luggage. They then went to check if our room was ready and each time they have been ready for us and they take us directly to the
7th floor and to our room. Once we were settled in, we then went to the concierge desk on the 7th floor (right next to the elevators) and checked in with them. The Cast Members there are the best!!
We absolutely love:love: the Club Level at the WL and will be there again in just over 2 months!!! :goodvibes Our experiences have always been wonderful!!!

bolgers is correct. You'll receive a tag from the resort entrance guard (you can't miss him, everyone has to stop at the guard post before entering the resort) and then the CMs at the port cocher (the entrance you pull your car into that leads into the hotel lobby) will contact the concierge desk. Someone will then meet you from concierge at the entrance of WL.

You're going to love concierge at WL! DH and I stayed there when we got married at WL, it was absolutely wonderful!! :goodvibes

What happens if we arrive via DME for our Club Level stay at the WL? Should we tell the bellman that we are Club Level?

DH and I arrived by DME very early in the morning and we just went up to the bell desk out front and they had someone from concierge come down to meet us and then take us upstairs to check in.

Do not arrive after concierge hours at Wilderness Lodge. We arrived at midnight and we had a terrible time checking in. ME dropped us and our luggage at the ME stop. The Bell Man/Valet was valeting cars. My husband went in to check us in and try to find a valet. I sat outside for twenty minutes with our luggage until FINALLY someone came to help wtih our luggage. The guy at the Bell Man's desk spent the entire time getting cars and totally ignored us. A Disney manager walked by me and asked if I needed help and I said my husband went in to try to get a bell man. He just walked on.

There was one person at the desk and he really did not know what he was doing. We got to our room finally after being there for forty minutes and the kid had forgot to put charging privledges on our cards. So, my husband went back down to the desk to correct the problem. When he came back, the card would not work in the door. Luckily, me and my daughter were in the room to let him in. The next morning (ahem afternoon), my husband went to the concierge desk to get that corrected. We really did not get a welcome or a summary of the concierge floor benefits, so don't arrive after hours. I think they leave at ten in the evening.

1) They would like to meet you in lobby and take you upstairs.
2) If slightly busy, they get you into the elevator and you are met upstairs.

3) If Concierge CM's are busy, you check-in downstairs, like everyone else.
. . . this does happen frequently
. . . somnetimes the lines are long, other times not
