I was at WL a year ago and CR six months ago. WL's is small in area, but seems to have a similar amount of machines to everywhere else. There are not games you can play that reward tickets which can be traded. I haven't seen an arcade like that at any resort there, but I've only been to 4 or 5. Their arcades are all rather cookie cutter and dated, and not in a nostalgic way. I think they're kind of an afterthought for Disney.
Disney Quest has a TON of arcade games, new and old (so many of the classics, which I surprised to see). If they really enjoy games I'd suggest going there four 2-4 hours one evening. There's a few big ticket type rides too that everyone will like. The pirates one is awesome, but my favorite is the buzz lightyear bumpercar style ride. 2 people sit in an enclosed bumper car, one drives over these balls and the car sucks them up, the other shoots said balls at other cars. If you get a hit the other car spins around in a circle. Great fun. I probably wouldn't specifically pay to go to DisneyQuest but I do enjoy the water parks so last time I got a water and more ticket and did both.
