Sunny - I am with you on your list of new year's resolutions! I have been doing great on the WW so far after the Goofy! I also have to up my workouts a little! Also...I have been thinking about the stupid things people say...like, "I cannot believe YOU run?" (do you remember the posts about that a LONG time ago? I think it was after you won your division in a 1/2.) Well girl let the Evil Queen tell you something...YOU LOOK GREAT! and if anyone ever says that to you again flex for them, then kick their BUTT! You do look like a runner! Am I rambling?

Oh you are the sweetest thing

And speaking of runners, you look llike and are an awsome runner, don't let clueless people sway you to think any differently. Most people are totally clueless when it comes to marathoning. As for the swimming APs, I haven't been swimming, but I do recall always being ravenous after I swam, even when I knew I didn't burn that many calories. I wonder if it has something to do with the body temp lowering in the water? Sounds like you are doing great to me!
Lynn-- be careful on the weight issue. You are very thin. I know of a woman (friend of a friend) who kept losing for better performance until she got too thin and injury prone and illness prone. Its a delicate balance. As for calculating daily calorie requirements, I know a very slow and accurate method (which I do): weigh yourself every day, record all your activity calorie burn (estimated the best you can) and all the calories you take in. Average them on a weekly basis and watch the trend! I know (in WW terms) my average activity points per week is ~60 (normally, not during peak training), my break even points based on that activity level is ~52 (an outrageous number in WW terms! they tell me to have 22 points per day +APs

like that will ever happen

). Actually, I followed the program exactly to a T the week of Thanksgiving and lost 6 lbs. I aim at 40 points per day plus APs, in hopes of losing slowly. I rarely hit my mark!
You TG (Tri Geeks) are killing me. I'm so tempted to start shopping the sites for this new "free" sport of which you speak. I don't dare!
Cam-- Whooo Hoooooo

I'm so psyched to see you setting your goals high and feeling good about them. You go, girl! That Mickey Medal is yours (with a whole lotta bling along the way)!!!!! I too have been denied my WISH fix by the server all day
MelR-- so where are the photo IDs for your lost pics

I haven't had a chance to look at the lost and found ones yet. But I did search the race results for Massachusetts residence to see if I knew anyone! I found three people from Lexington, but I don't know them. THe woman that crosssed the finish line right before me was from MA.
I jelloized my arms last night. It was the first serious upperbody WO since before the race so I feel good. I also did rowing, forced myself to stay off the TM. Today I have a sore throat, so I might not WO.
Is it time to go back to Disney yet????? All of the sudden I am keenly aware of all the work I have been putting off for the past 3-4 months and now I have to deal with it. I'd rather run
