In case anyone was wondering, the most gold you can have at any 1 time is 99,999. Let's just say that I learned that last night and promptly went on a little shopping spree.

That is funny. I came to see you and ended up in a shop but you were gone. I don't know how you guys get all the coins.
I am just on level 10 but feel I am getting the hang of it now. Thanks Luke WyrmBlood, (Marty Dog) for your help. Little things like "how do I get out of here" have helped so much.

I was wondering if there were any people interested in a grubb run? If there were a few of us all trying to advance that quest maybe we could help each other out? My understanding is you need at least an hour and a half to two hours to complete it, so keep that in mind before commiting.

I keep getting my internet disconnecting me so i have to skip it and wont get my staff , then what is worst i have to restart it all over again every time i leave grubb

I think this is what is next for me on my second character. I leveled up on my first after the reset so I didn't have to do this before.

You don't get a staff from Sunken City/Grubb. Headmaster Ambrose should reward you with a staff once you have finally dealt with the gobbler problem on Colossus Boulevard and saved Wizard City.

I've done Sunken City several times and can probably help out on a Grubb run anytime this weekend. Is anybody interested in Tomb of the Beguiler? We could schedule a time for that, too.

Lastly, my Pyromancer just got the Katzenstein's Lab quest from Watson in Marleybone. For those who don't know: the Lab, unlike Grubb or the Beguiler, is NOT a side quest. It's part of the main story and you cannot progress until you have completed it. (It also happens to be one of the most grueling, unpleasant instances in the entire game!) If there is anybody who wants to help out, I could certainly use it and would wholeheartedly appreciate it!

I also need the Beguiler run as well, but have the same problem Octopie has been having, that dratted internet connection thing. lol Sure makes getting any long runs in difficult!
However, I'm always game to try helping someone, too.
So katzenstein's lab is bad? How bad?! lol I must admit I haven't been in there yet.

Ok you can either wait till you get permission to cross over to
Chelsea court or have a friend take you.

I was at level 30 before I got permission to take the air balloon the Chelsea.

Be warned it is a difficult fight, you have to do it alone and you have no time to change cards once you see the character. I went in totally unprepared with all the wrong cards. Thank goodness I stock pile 175+ power cards (I buy them in 20's rofl and Meteor about 10 at a time. Only way I get through some of the nasty on Hyde park and Chelsea.

I found with the bone collecter there were two quests that joined ending at him. Once I finished the second one I was able to get into bone collect.

My question is I have a nice Ice Guardian but everytime I cast a shield or anything that is to protect/heal me he gets it. What am I doing wrong or does this happen to all.

I make sure I click on me. So now unless I have lots of shields I do nto bring him out.

Yes, I'm having the problem too with my ice guardian. I thought I would try to click the title banner instead of on my character, but haven't experimented with that yet. He passes a lot, then his spells fizzle, then he steals my shields, that he hasn't been worth the pips to cast him very often.

It has been a bug for a while with your minion stealing shields and blades. If you click on the name banner instead it doesn't seem to be a problem for me.

Yes I still need the Grubb run too. I've been ignoring it after a couple of grueling tries that ending in either a disconnect or leaving the instance. Level 30 ice wizard: Grace Silverglade.

Of course, I'd appreciate your help with the Lab (and the Counterweights, and Big Ben, etc., etc.)

So katzenstein's lab is bad? How bad?! lol I must admit I haven't been in there yet.

Have you seen the clockwork Gearheads in Chelsea Court yet? The ones that run around in circles near the tower? Well, if you take those, multiply them by a thousand, set them running in all kinds of crazy patterns, and crank up their speed several notches, you'll get some idea of what you will be facing in the Lab.

I don't get caught by street mobs often, but it was almost impossible (at least initially) to move 3 steps in the Lab without being pulled in one street fight after another. My Conjurer completed it with Diva of Dragons several weeks ago -- it took us a couple hours -- and now my Pyromancer's number is up. At least this time I know what to expect.

FYI, I've heard Kensington is even worse than the Lab, but since it's a side quest, I've held off on doing that one so far.

I made it to level 42 tonight!

I have spent a lot of time doing the Tomb of Storms over and over. Does anybody know of what other quests you can do over again for experience points?

I am also available to help out with battles and quests if anyone needs help. I am not very good at remembering where everything is, or not getting caught on the roofs of Marleybone, but if you need someone to jump in the battle once you get there, just let me know.
