I need to get through counterweight east if anyone is on right now!

It was fun making Counter Weight West and Big Ben with you (Olivia Lightsong) and Bevgray (Savannah StarRider). :grouphug:

It was a long night but now we are in Moo Shu!! Woot Woot!

Thank you very much for going all the way, cya in Moo Shu!

Does anyone else have trouble getting into the Tomb of Storms? I turn on the obelisks, and stand there and sometimes it takes me, but most of the time it does not. Is there a secret to getting it to work? Or does it only let you over there at certain times? It's very frustrating.

What works for me (95% of the time) is to stand back while the head comes up, make sure I'm centered and, when it's fully in place, head right for the middle.

We had not planned on going all the way through but I'm sure glad we did. As always, a pleasure to team with you both. I may not be on much today but will try to help other Disers where I can today so if I'm on your list and you see that I'm on, don't hesitate to call for some assistance. Marleybone is tricky since I'm a storm wizard but we discovered last night that storm can help other schools defensively, if the attack spells don't go well.

I'm in Krok right now working on The Keeper of the Fang quest. I assume I have to defeat the other 3 and light the obelisks in order to open the gate....BUT to I have to light the obelisks in any certain order and if so how do you know if you have it right?

Edit: Nevermind.....I just answered my own question....I heard a lock break!

Yep, that's what I do too.

And if does not work after 10 or 15 seconds, step back, then try to go in again before the door closes again.

I totally give up - I need guidance!!

In the "Mything in Action" Quest for Myth school people, I have to find "Kenedy the Claw" and talk to him.

He is supposed to be in the warehouse. I have searched both OUTSIDE and inside the warehouse. I heard this was a "secret" door that I had to find - but I have gone over this area multiple times and no "secret" door (this is in Hyde Park).

Please if some advanced Myth Wizard could tell me where this guy is, I would really appreciate it.

ALSO - this is in Hyde Park as well, I am supposed to fine 'Patches O'Leary" - where the heck is he?

Neither of these guys is on the map - I have been in the derelict building and all the safehouses and in the warehouse and have fought all those guys, found the book, found the cat - HELP!!

(Do I sound hyesterical - lol)

I REALLY appreciate any advice - :worship:

It just so happens that Kenedy the Klaw and Patches are next door neighbors. ;)

Go to the warehouse that is located on the lower part of the map, past the spiders. Patches can be found inside the "instanced" entrance (where the glowing sigils are).

Kenedy the Klaw is inside the NON-instanced doorway, located to the immediate right of the other entrance (as you face it). Just run up to the door/wall there and you will be transported inside.

Hope that helps. Good luck!

Thanks so much that is a big help - especially as to Patches I have tried to run into that "other" door but it just would not open - I will try yet again, though, thanks for the encouragement.

Mything in Action:

My DH is a Myth wizard and just recently completed that quest, and he seems to remember the Quest is wrong and you will find the Klaw in Chelsea Court.

As far as where he was, we can't remember. After doing so many of these quests, they start to blur lol.

He's pretty sure the room was lit blue, so look for that. Sorry we couldn't be more helpful.

Oh I do remember you have to complete it yourself (no calling any buddies, cause I tried to "go to friend" and it said he was busy).

Hope we got our facts straight, good luck!

I finished the Ironworks (with DesertCat's help), and wouldn't you know it, I got another quest that makes me go through it again to get the Street Sweepers. Sometimes I wish I could have gotten THAT quest before I had to go through the darn thing. At least I got the book and cat last time I was in there.

Thanks to the myth wizards, I did get patches - I ran at EVERYTHING along all the walls of the warehouse - the other sliding door, the brick walls and nothing was alive or blue or anything. I know that lord barkley was wrongly listed in Hyde Park when he was really in Chelsea, but if Kenedy is next door to Patches, then that is definately Hyde Park.

Oh well, I will keep picking at it...

If you think of any other helps on this, i would appreciate it!

Peri

FYI - There are sweepers in Knight's Court and typically those will be good enough to knock off those sweepers, even though they are listed as Ironworks.

Look at the bright side, if you do the first three quests you get about 1500 exp. I used the Ironworks to level up one level.

did any of you notice the message for tomorrow mornings maintenance mentions getting ready for launch? @_@ Looks like we are almost out of beta peeps

I did "Mything in Action" several weeks ago, and one of the reports I filed complained about the difficulty in finding Kenedy the Klaw. He most definitely was behind the sliding door next to Patches in Hyde Park. However, I can't recall anything about Lord Barkley in that quest. So it sounds like they may have adjusted it since I did it. :confused3

Based on what I have read and seen on the forums since the beginning, I predict the release will be this month. I believe that has been there intention most of the time, especially if you read the founder's interviews with the press.

However on a less depressing note.... (and this is not gossip)
- although I have not beat him, I FOUND Kenedy the Claw with all your help - he is in Chelsea (not Hyde Park), in an unmarked building at the end of an alley - it does have blue windows and is clearly "something" and has an obvious door, but it does not have circles or white lights, etc, to indicate it is a live place. He creamed me because I had just come from a side quest for two rotting fodders in Triton Lane so I had switched out my card decks - LOL all I had were one and two level spells. Yikes!

I was creamed spinach.

And Finally, THANKS SO MUCH to BriarRose and Cinderella Wanabee for the patient and persistent help with Ironworks - so glad to have my first run through there done and cat and book collected!! YAY!!!
