WIW Monorail playsets??? Any ideas?

A friend of ours has the Grand floridian still in box, Polynesiain still in box and the Contempory out of box and the sign kit. We already have it for my kids and they have somebody that was interested in it. Any ideas of prices? I looked all over Ebay and besides the sign kit, can't find the hotels listed anywhere. If the deal falls through (both are trying to be fair about it, but have seen prices in the past) any idea of a Disney site besides Ebay that would sell something like this? Thanks for your help

The hotels have been sold out for a while, I remember when we bought them there were few left. I saw them on Ebay once for close to $100 but have not seen them in months. My friend is not disney oriented (never even went there but has family that works there and ships all the toys to them) trying to help them out.

Wow I was down there in July and saw many of the resorts DTD World of Disney! Sorry!
