Is there some place local I can check into, to help me clean the sensors? It's driving me crazy. You do not see it unless the area is a light color (like a blue sky)
I know I can do it myself, but it makes me nervous... unless someone can convince me... :goodvibes give me good instructions!

If you are nervous, DO NOT ATTEMPT.

To get a good idea about how much dust you have on the sensor, set the cameras apeture to about F20(or as small as the lens allows) and shoot at the sky or light colored wall. You may have to put the lens on manual focus if the focus does not lock on.

Dust appears very clearly in photos with a small apeture, so you can try shooting with a larger apeture until you get your sensor cleaned.

I have actually tried to clean it before, following what I thought were good instructions... however apparently something wasn't coolio b/c I didn't do a very good job.

I'd really like to have someone show me how to do it... or do it for me. I have a concert coming up at the end of the month and really want a nice clean sensor.

These websites show how to clean a sensor, using some of the "wet" and "dry" methods.
I have done both and had good results but I prefer the "dry" brush method. The "wet" method is supposed to be better to get off the really stuck pieces but I have not had any of those yet.

The brush method takes all of 15 seconds and works very well.
