with the time change tonight what time do i set my cell phone alarm?

i always set my cell phone for a alarm clock as a back up. tonight we are suppose to get heavy winds. i need to get up at 0430 tomorrow. i was thinking i seen it before that the cell phone doesnt change time until you open it. that it doesnt change from 0200 to 0300 automatic. it waits until you open it . im i correct or does it do it automatic at 0200? thanks

If your cell phone time is set by your carrier, it should reset automatically at 0200. Can you just leave your cell phone open?

i feel dumb for not thinking about that i will just leave it open with the charger on it.
