Erm... As an English lass I would def' say take pants!

But as you are american and therefore I would assume you are referring to trousers I would say dont know, Isnt it still warm even when it rains? Shorts dry quicker aswell 'cos there, well there shoter!

Do you have limited packing space? If so, I would say, skip the pants. We usually go during the summer months and have only had a problem once and it was actually in Aug.!!! Go figure!! I'm am a self proclaimed horrible packer though, I'm usually still throwing things in the car as it is pulling out of the drive way so you may not want to take my advice!
