With annual passes can you enter a park with Extra Magic Hours once EMH have started?

With annual passes can you enter a park with Extra Magic Hours once the Extra Magic hours have started? We will be staying off site. Can you enter one minute before Extra Magic hours? We will be driving down and that night we want to see the Holiday decorations example Osborne lights or IllumiNations Holiday tag. We know we cant do rides since we are not staying on site.

2. Maybe. But, I'd try to be a bit earlier than "one minute" before closing time.

3. Get to DHS before closing time.

4. IllumiNations is still considered "during regular park hours."
But, if you enter too late, you'd have difficulty getting into position to see the finale of the show.

As long as you make it into the park before it closes you are fine. We often go to parks during extra magic hours just to walk around or shop when its not so crowded.

for AM EMH they checked our keycards before they let us through the tapstile.

I'd imagine if you are already in the park you'd be OK for PM EMH, but if you are trying to enter they might ask you for a keycard - so just go in before the park closes.
