Wishes Wedding Planning Kit

My fiancé and I just sent back the letter of agreement for our June 2015 Wishes Wedding. On Friday, we received an email from a Wedding Event Manager discussing the details regarding our formal planning session, which won't be until January. I'm wondering when we can expect our planning kit? How long after signing your letter of agreement/how far prior to your wedding date did you receive your planning kit? Is there anything I need I do or anyone I need to contact in order to receive it, or will DFTW just automatically send it to us.

It's not so much a physical kit as a questionnaire you fill out ahead of your planning session. Along with that we got menus to look at and some options to add on (our wedding was in 2012 so they weren't called enhancements then). If you don't get that by Monday, try to reach out to your planners assistant.

We got the planning kit via e-mail as soon as we confirmed the date of our PS with our planner (which I did in my very first correspondence with her). We also got our menu tasting checklist and list of menus we could use to help build our meals.

I know both my planner and assistant have been on this vacation the past week, so if you've confirmed your date and haven't gotten the kit it could just be bad timing and you could be getting it soon
