Did anyone manage to include an evening meal, Hors d’oeuvres and drinks within the $100pp minimum? The wish book on website only shows a selection of eve meals and they are around $100pp. Does anyone know if some of their evening sit downs can run lower than this? Please say yes?! (we would ideally like hors d'oeuvres, appetizer and entree of say meat or fish)??

We are having our reception at the CG (Napa Room) and we are doing a plated meal with a coctail hour that will be just over 100pp. I think it's like 102.50pp for 40 people. Now this is my estimated amount based on the current menus. As we still haven't signed our contract yet won't do our planning session until next May (menus change in April and October). Hopefully it will give you an idea that it is possible. If you want more info on what we thinking of having let me know.

I think you can probably do this just by mixing and matching what you want on the menus. You don't have to stick to what's listed - that's just a starting point. Also, start with a Rehersal Dinner menu - they're more like $50 pp.

Rule #1 - Don't go by the prices in the Wish Book. They are rarely accurate. They also do not show all possible options.

To answer your question, yes it is possible to have a plated meal for under $100 pp. They have several options that you can pick from, plus you can alter things as well.

I chose the Glass Coach Buffet and it came in at 109.50 per person just for the meal. You can revise the menus and get the price lower for the meal but you do still have to do the $100.00 minimum but this can be accomplished through your bar, cake, and a dessert party if you have one but he actual meal itself can be lower.
