looks like you are all ready to go! i feel the pain on the officiant deal. DF talked to him several months ago when we booked (and paid). i want to touch base and am suddenly feeling like i should know what all this person will say or talk about! i mean what if it is way too short and dumb? but he seems reallllllyyyyy difficult to get ahold of and the fax # was just ringing and ringing.....

Yes, I have that same exact feeling! Yeah, I guess I'm learning to just be OK with not having contact with some people...they've done Disney weddings before, I'm going to trust that they know what they're doing...

Thanks! I love the welcome bags too, they were so much cheaper than buying personalized ones online. We bought some bags at Michael's for about $7 (15 bags), and then my DF designed a label in photoshop, and then we purchased full sheets of clear labels from Staples, and he printed them out. That part is a little bit of a mystery to me, since I didn't watch him do it. But buying the full sheets of labels made it easier so we didn't have to make them fit into a specific size. He just made the label whatever size he wanted and printed them out. Then we cut them out and stuck it on the front of the bag. I hope I made sense! I would definitely suggest making them on your own, when we looked online for personalized bags, everything was coming up to around $80 for 15 bags, unless we wanted to get super small party size bags which wouldn't have been able to hold more than a piece of candy. I'm sick.

I am being positive and seeing this as a good thing. I'm sick now. 10 days before the wedding. In 7 days we'll be in Disney. I have 6 days to get better. Keeping the positivity going! I will get better I will get better I will get better. Eddie will not get sick Eddie will not get sick Eddie will not get sick. Here's hoping!!!



...Eddie just said he can feel it in his throat. We're both going to down some Nyquil and rest up. I'm also going to douse ourselves in pixie dust... Is it bad luck to give yourself that??!!?!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Hopefully it'll start working soon! Eddie is trying desperately to avoid getting sick. The one good thing about this, is I have no appetite whatsoever. Maybe I'll drop a couple holiday pounds that I gained.

Tomorrow we will pack and get everything sorted. We still have one placecard to print out and I have to pick up my wedding band. We also are going to pick up some bubbles for the staged exit. If I start feeling better during the week, we'll make the mickey shaped rice treats. I'm not 100% on that.

It's going to be so much fun, I can't wait!!!!

Thank you everyone! I'm so excited, we leave for Disney in just a few hours. Eddie's parents checked in last night, I'm so jealous!

We've been pretty busy these last few days. On Wednesday night, my bridesmaid came in from NY. We all went to pick up the tuxes and make sure everything looked good. I'm still not sure the browns are all going to match, but whatever! It'll look fine, I don't think anyone will be saying oh wow this is a totally mismatched wedding. Eddie's groomsman and best man looked awesome in their tuxes! So nice. Eddie is getting an ivory tux. He looked adorable in it. The only problem was there was a huge stain on the back of his tux. So today we have to stop by and pick it up since they had to get it dry cleaned. We're going to do that on the way to Disney.

After getting the tuxes, the 3 of us went to Disney to drop off our welcome bags. It was so much fun!!!! I loved pulling up to the check in stop and telling the people that we were there to drop off bags for our wedding. Everyone was so nice and so excited for us. It was pretty easy dropping the bags off. I wasn't exactly sure what we had to do, so we waited in line at registration and just dropped them off with the castmember. They were all pretty nice about it. We had one dropped at Coronado Springs, the girl there seemed confused by what we wanted to do, but she was still nice. We dropped off 5 at Caribbean Beach, the woman that helped us was so nice and gave us Happily Ever After buttons! I was so excited. When she asked us if anyone has given us buttons yet, I said no and I was anxious to see which buttons she'd be giving us. There was some discussion on the DIS that they no longer were giving out the Just Married buttons, so when I had read that I immediately went online and purchased them so we would have them. I was relieved to see her give us the other buttons, because I wound up spending a ridiculous amount of money for the Just Married ones and I didn't want to get another pair for free! After Caribbean Beach we had 6 more bags to drop off at Pop. The guy that helped us seemed really put off that he wasn't checking anyone in and that he had to help us with the bags. I don't know, Eddie said he was nice, but I didn't like his attitude. lol I hope all of the bags get delivered to the right places and everyone enjoys them.

I'm really excited, I can't believe it's already here. Where did that year go? I purchased a journal to write in during our time in Disney and on our honeymoon. I have a really bad memory, and I really don't want this weekend to be a blur. I have asked Eddie to make sure I write in it every night. Hopefully I keep up on it and keep a good record of our time. I probably wont be on again until Wednesday. When we get home I will try to post a quick update to let everyone know how it went! I hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!
