Wishes Phone Planning Secession Tomorrow - Please Help

Hi Girls,

As you can see from my title we have our planning session tomorrow and I'm not sure what to except or if we need to have anything ready. We have filled in the questionnaire which our planner already has, will we need any other information for tomorrow or will our planner just talk us through everything? We have no idea what meal we want for the plated dinner does this matter?

i was panicing about our face to face one as well and I shouldnt have, as long as you kind of know what you want they will guide you through it. if you are not sure dont worry they have thousands of pics and stuff so they can just email you. I found it great after and less stressed than what i was before i went

Shortly after my (on-site) planning session, I received detailed proposals from Disney Floral and Disney Entertainment. Those proposals contained specific information in regards to what had been discussed during my planning session.

For example, my Floral proposal contained the following: 1 bridal bouquet @ $A, 2 bridesmaids' bouquets @ $B, 2 special guests' corsages @ $C, 1 groom's boutonnière @ $D, 2 groomsmen's boutonnières @ $E, 1 special guest boutonnière @ $F, altar floral arrangement @ $G, altar candle arrangement @ $H, and so on.

As time moved forward and things changed in regards to my custom VR, new proposals with updated pricing information would be sent to me. I created my own spreadsheet and put the bottom-line numbers from Disney's proposals into it so that I would have a general idea as to what my event was going to cost me.

Anyway, that is how things were done for me. Hopefully, other FTW couples will chime in with their personal experiences too.

The PS is alot easier than it sounds. They mostly just ask you questions and talk you through all the details. I was freaked out going into it. You do feel very relaxed afterwards. I feel like I've planned mostly everything. The only scary part is they don't discuss prices at the PS!! Have fun with it tomorrow!!

Good luck! Really its not bad, they will walk you through it-even things you wouldnt think of! If you have ideas they will help you make them work! Then you will be able to make changes- I agree with kendra, no prices left me a little freaked out- for almost 5 weeks after waiting on the BEO, now I'm just sick to my stomach-but this too shall pass! Time to sit and decide what stays/goes/changes!
