Wishes music on Poly beach?

Do they pipe in the Wishes music anywhere on the Poly beach? Is there a better spot to watch it from there?

I think there is a speaker on the island right infront of the Poly. I know they use that for the Electrical Parade.

As for watching fireworks at the Poly, that is my most favorite spot to do so. So I am sure you can hear the music from there.

BTW, you can hear the warewolf (sp) howl from the Poly.

Maybe there's a specific Poly beach where they have speakers, but when we were there in Sept I was really disappointed because we couldn't hear the music. They looked great, though!

Same here never heard any music but they do play it in the lounge area in the Poly building on the second floor where there are seats and a big window.

I am sure that if I were the only person on the beach I might be able to hear the music. If you expect to hear the music the same as being in the park then that is not going to happen on the POLY beach. Everyone OOOOhs and AAAAhs at the fireworks on the beach which makes for its own kind of magic while watching. I love the peaceful and contented feeling of watching from the POLY beach...not to mention I can then walk a short distance to my comfy room without having to participate in the mass exit of the MK .

Music is piped in very loudly now. We were watching from the Ferry Landing, and could easily hear the music as it was coming from the Poly.

This was not the case when we were there last August. We saw Wishes but there was definitely no music.

I thought that the EWP had the audio on the actual barges? We last saw the EWP at Ft. Wilderness, last week, and the music was coming from the pagent.

Isn't the EWP audio on the barges?

Like you with the other poster, I'm not saying that you are lying either, but when we were there in October of '04, we could not hear the music from Wishes on the Poly beach. And, I've got them on video, too, and you can't hear a darned thing!! They were still spectacular, though.

If nights are warm, wear some sort of bug repellant for "sand fleas". They hurt and itch unlike any "skeeter" bites.

We were on the Poly beach in Feb. 05 and couldn't hear it, maybe you can only hear it if you're near the ferry landing, maybe they have speakers there.
