"Wishes" in September

We will be going to Disney in September and I'm curious to know what the schedule for "Wishes" will be. I know that generally, they do not have Spectromagic every night that time of year like at other times but I thought I remember Fantasy in the Sky still being every night. I wasn't sure what they planned on doing with "Wishes".

Anyone out there know or have an opinion on what they might do?

It would be a shame if my 2 year old son only saw it once! He starts singing the "Wishes" music any time I even mention the word "fireworks" .

I know they don't do it during Night of Joy.

Well, they've pretty much been running Wishes every night since they started it. I know they only used to run Fantasy in the Sky on nights when Spectromagic also ran (they did this last year in June-- when we went for a week Spectro and FITS only ran twice each, on the same night.)

Hopefully they will continue to run Wishes nightly for the forseeable future!

What is the Night of Joy?

Night of Joy is a special event held in the Magic Kingdom held on a few nights in September featuring a large number of Christian music artists in concert. The Magic Kingdom closes early on those nights and reopens to those with tickets (similar to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.)

We're booked for 9/18-9/25. Any chance the Night of Joy falls on these nights?

According to Deb's site, the Night of Joy for 2004 is scheduled for 9/9 to 9/11. We are also going at the end of September and are hoping to see wishes.
